Returns and refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the ideaRing Sizing Kit is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The kit must be returned complete and in resalable condition.
• Items that are damaged, worn or missing parts may be refused or refunded in part.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return

Email support@ideashell.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us — unannounced returns cannot be tracked to your order.

Return shipping

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover return shipping. For other reasons, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

Pre-order credit

If you have received a credit toward an ideaRing purchase as part of the Sizing Kit, returning the kit also cancels the associated credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@ideashell.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
