Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Destinations and delivery estimates

We ship the ideaRing Sizing Kit to the United States and internationally.

• United States — Standard: 3–7 business days. Express: 1–3 business days.
• International — 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

These are estimates from the day of dispatch, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs inspections can extend delivery.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the method you select.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

ideaRing pre-orders

The Sizing Kit ships according to the timelines above. Purchasing the Sizing Kit does not reserve or pre-order an ideaRing. ideaRing itself is expected to go on sale in September at the earliest; we will announce ordering details by email to subscribers.
